§ 01 — About the firm

Built by the operators
behind the labels
you already wear.

Fashion Method is not a course platform run by content creators. It is a working firm of fourteen fashion operators — former CFOs, brand directors, and DTC leads from Rag & Bone, Everlane, Glossier, Net-a-Porter, and Moda Operandi — who teach the exact operating system they used to take those labels past eight figures.

§ 02 — Origin

02

A CFO seat, an empty shelf, a method.

New York City · 2017

In 2014, our founder sat in the CFO seat of a forty-million-dollar DTC fashion label and watched the same pattern repeat across every independent designer who walked through the door: a real eye, a real fit, a real customer — and an empty shelf six weeks later because the operating machinery behind the brand had never been built. Wholesale math that didn't close. Margin models written on the back of a napkin. A production calendar negotiated in DMs.

She had built the financial spine that took that label from concept to eight figures, and she knew the playbook wasn't secret — it was simply never written down for the designers who needed it most. So in 2017, in a single sublet office on Broad Street, Fashion Method opened with a single promise: teach independent designers the exact financial, wholesale, and product frameworks the industry only shared inside its own back rooms.

Eight years later, that office holds fourteen full-time operators. The promise hasn't changed.

§ 03 — Manifesto

“We don't teach you to build a brand. We hand you the operating system that runs one — the same one we'd install on Monday morning if you hired us as your CFO.”

§ 04 — The Team

Fourteen operators. Zero generic coaches.

Every member of the Fashion Method team has held a P&L-responsible seat at a label the industry already knows. We don't hire instructors. We hire the people who actually ran the thing — and ask them to teach what they ran.
